Ideal as ingredient for the classic Balsamic Vinegar fillet or escalopes; special with grilled meat, fish, white meat and to season rice salad; perfect on fried potatoes, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, a simple pizza or grilled vegetables; delicious on appetizers, excellent with strawberries.

Our story began in 1956 in the wonderful land owned by the Ferrarini’s farms and estate. Nowadays the agricultural enterprise that gave rise to the Ferrarini Group still provides a huge amount of support, in particular through its production of traditional local products, such as Parmigiano Reggiano, balsamic vinegar and our wines.
